1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the cbaji4 website available at cbaji4.win and all associated services, tools, games, and features accessible through it.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to cbaji4 and its operators.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable incentive amounts credited to an Account.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account Balances, transactions, and payouts on cbaji4 are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all scheduling and transaction timestamps on the Platform.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, a set of compliance obligations that cbaji4 adheres to in processing financial transactions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Platform and must close your Account immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

3 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. cbaji4 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. cbaji4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
4. You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening a second Account, whether under your own name or any alias, is prohibited.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have previously been permanently banned from the cbaji4 Platform.
6. You must not be acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party when registering or placing Wagers.

cbaji4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Approval of a registration does not constitute a waiver of any right to subsequently verify eligibility or to close an Account found to be non-compliant.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify cbaji4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• cbaji4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.
• You must not allow any third party to use your Account to place Wagers, even with your consent. All activity on an Account is deemed to be the responsibility of the registered Account holder.
• cbaji4 may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication, session time-outs, or device-recognition prompts to protect Account integrity.
• You are required to keep your registered email address up to date. Important Account communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, are sent to the email address on record.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cbaji4 Platform are conducted in BDT. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or partner bank transfer.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to network availability.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Only real-money Balance that has been deposited and, where applicable, met all applicable Wagering Requirements is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable.
• Withdrawal Verification: cbaji4 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents must be submitted via the Account portal or by email to [email protected].
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section of your Account. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering (AML) control.
• Transaction Limits: cbaji4 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Fees: cbaji4 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard fees, over which cbaji4 has no control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cbaji4 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, opt-in steps, or promotional codes.
• All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino games on the cbaji4 Platform. Specific rules for individual game types (cricket, slots, live casino, crash games) are published in the game-specific help sections of the Platform.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. cbaji4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been placed, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• cbaji4 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event or outcome that has already been determined at the time of placement, where the result was known to the player and not yet reflected in the Platform's markets.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in clearly incorrect odds or game outcomes, cbaji4 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to player Accounts.
• Minimum and maximum Wager amounts are displayed within each market or game interface and are subject to change at cbaji4's discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets (including live cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are subject to suspension and re-opening in line with the progress of the underlying event. cbaji4 accepts no liability for Wagers placed during a period of market suspension.
• All game outcomes for cbaji4's RNG-certified slot and casino titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. Results are independently audited and are not subject to manipulation by either the player or the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaji4 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and any Balance may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place or manage Wagers.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy intended to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome in a manner that circumvents Platform risk controls.
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Opening multiple Accounts or registering under false identity details to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit transaction through your payment provider while retaining winnings generated from that deposit on the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cbaji4 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, sound recordings, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of cbaji4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and database right laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cbaji4.
• The cbaji4 brand name, logo, and any associated trade marks are the exclusive property of cbaji4. Unauthorised use of any cbaji4 trade mark is strictly prohibited.

cbaji4 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Amendments to These Terms

cbaji4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, cbaji4 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players by email to the address on record, by in-platform notification, or by prominent notice on the Website prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cbaji4 operates in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to its operations and makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or permissible in any particular jurisdiction other than as expressly stated.

For complaints that cannot be resolved informally, cbaji4 maintains a formal complaints procedure.
